Due to increased global shipping demands and COVID related shortages in labor, we’re anticipating possible delays for some of our new spring/summer 2021 shipments. We’re working directly with our manufacturers to get inventory to our warehouse as quickly as possible and will begin fulfilling orders when all items on your order are in-stock.
US Shipping Rates
UPS SurePost is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

USPS Priority Mail service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days to addresses in the US.

We stand behind our products 100%. If you have any Booē product that has stopped performing before its reasonable lifetime (not due to misuse or neglect), please contact us and we promise to make it right.
Currently, we're charging your selected payment option at the time of purchase as noted on our product and cart pages. Occasionally, some items are unavailable due to high demand. If this should occur, we will ship out your order once the entire order becomes available.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Before we file a claim, we ask that you check all doors at your residence, with your neighbors, and landlord/building management if applicable. If you’re still unable to locate the package, we will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Booe does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-returnable. Purchases will be refunded to the original card.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Crowdfunding (Kickstarter or Indiegogo)
If you backed one of our crowdfunding campaigns, thank you! Your support helps us design new products, improve existing ones and in turn grow our business. Each crowdfunding campaign for us is a great undertaking. The funds we receive are allocated for various tasks such as securing vendors, product manufacturing... etc. There are also a number of fees that are associated with each campaign. Therefore we do not offer returns or refunds for rewards that are received through crowdfunding.
We appreciate your understanding of our policy and the support you have given us. If your reward truly offers no value to you, here are a few things that you could do in the spirit of crowdfunding…
- Offer your reward to a friend or family member: Our product may not have worked out for you but it may work out for someone you know. We would love for you to share Booe with someone you think may find it useful.
- Sell your reward: Many crowdfunding rewards were purchased below retail value. This might be an opportunity for you to get a higher value than what you paid for.
- Give your reward another try: Some of our products may not work out for you at first but give it a little bit of time you may end up really liking it!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 5-10 business days. Processing times will vary depending on your bank.
Should an item go on sale or if the price is reduced within 7 days of your purchase date, we can provide you with a refund for the difference upon request.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 18151 Territorial Road, Maple Grove, MN, 55369, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Send the package back to us by ground service through UPS, FEDEX, or US Mail parcel post (COD packages will be refused).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If an item/package was damaged during shipment, please contact your local UPS store. Please keep the original shipping carton and packaging material. Do not return the package to us as you may lose your right to file a claim.
